Return & Exchange
If you're happy with one of our products, tell your friends but if you are unhappy then please tell us! We give you the option to return a product if you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. Our returns come with no hidden fees and sometimes we'll even cover the cost of shipping.
What is the return procedure?
Step 1 - Send us an email
Submit an email to rma@tirecoverco.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Provide us with your full name, order number, reason for return and say if the package was opened or if its still sealed.
We will respond within 24 hours!
Step 2 - Your refund
Our warehouse will receive your package and we will issue a refund immediately at that point. You will get an email confirmation. Payments go to the original payment method used. Please give 1-5 business days for your refund to show up in your account.
What is the exchange procedure?
If you'd like to do an exchange rather than a return, it's no problem at all. Simply send an email to rma@tirecoverco.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Provide us with your full name, order number, a brief explanation and say if the original package was opened or not. We'll process your exchange request and if there's a price difference between products, we'll adjust the costs accordingly.

Therefore, you save us a lot of time and trouble when you cancel as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please call us ASAP at {number} or send an email to support@tirecoverco.com
IF your order has already shipped out, you will need to process a return request. We can NOT stop a shipment with a carrier.
